Goochland Elementary is PROUD to announce that we have 3 students who placed first in the Goochland county competition and went on to the District competition. This includes 5 counties: Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Powhatan and Richmond City.
These three students have been invited to an awards ceremony and reception at Deep Run High School in mid March. All entries submitted to district will be recognized and receive an award. If any of them have placed 1st, they will move up to state competition but we will not know until the ceremony.

Savannah – Visual Arts - grades 3-5
Kathryn – Photography - grades 3-5
